Leasing Agent Coordination: When tenant vacancies arise, we coordinate our clients’ leasing needs by engaging leasing agents, ensuring vacant space is in “rent-ready” condition, and managing building construction and tenant improvements.
Vendor Contract Services: We retain professional vendors to provide cost-effective maintenance and tenant services and we closely monitor vendor work by reviewing and re-bidding vendor contracts annually.
Communication with Owner: We build strong relationships with the property owners we serve through regular, pertinent communication. Our knowledgeable real estate managers are always available to answer questions, and we make it our priority to respond to and complete all owner requests in a timely manner.
